NOTE: Stairs up to the apartment. Toilet/shower/sauna are on the lower floor, you need to go out and down the stairs and walk along the garage to get there.

The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

Kärsvik, a home with a lake property, jetty & rowboat

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Access to own dock and rowboat by the Baltic Sea. See the forest and lake from the kitchen windows. The Ostkustleden passes by outside. To get here, you need a car. Parking for several cars. Our water in the well is our own well so the taste can vary if it is dry or wet on the hillside. A little browner some days which makes the shower and sink and toilet look a little brown. The water is, of course, drinkable. When charging an electric car, contact me.

Kvarnstugan

Kvarnstugan is located in Fröseke in the heart of Småland. Just outside the cottage, the Alsterån flows past and in the pond by the river there is a jetty with a boat that guests can use. The cottage is one of the oldest buildings in the village, has a sauna and seats up to 8 guests. Here in Glasriket, you can not only visit the glassworks with their design history, but outside the warm cabins there is untouched nature, lakes, cultural history and 40 minutes away is the Baltic Sea. About a 10-minute walk to Nybro city center, about 20 minutes by car to Kalmar and 30 minutes to Öland, this fully-furnished accommodation is located in two rooms and a kitchen (about 47 sqm) with a private entrance and free parking space. Within walking distance there is MC Donald's, restaurant/pizzeria, Malkas gym and O&B, about 800 meters. Nybros ice rink, 700 meters Bus stop, 200 meters Riksglasskolan A campsite with swimming lake, 300 m. Slalom slope and ski and exercise track about 2.5 km.

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

Iron Man Kalmar The apartment is highly appreciated by previous participants since it’s located just 3 km away from the starting point of Iron Man Kalmar. For you who aren’t participating in the race, the location is even better. It’s just a couple of hundred meters from both the cycle course where the triathletes pass two times (1 lap, both directions) and the running course where the triathletes pass six times (3 laps, both directions).
