Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Relax with the whole family in a peaceful place to stay within walking distance of the sea. Within a five-minute walk, you will find Djupvik beach with a jetty and nice relaxation throughout the day. On the way to the beach, you pass the Elise restaurant with fantastic food and views of Kalmarsund's sunset. If the weather does not allow a day at the beach, there is plenty to discover in northern Öland. The nearest grocery store and pizzeria as well as more restaurants are 10 km away, by car or bike along the coastal road.
