Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 4 beds in a shared sleeping loft/upper floor, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bed linens, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be charged. The whole house is for the guests and they are warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

But also close to beaches, swimming and the sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and has about 5 km to both the west and east coast, 3 km to the grocery store, 5 km to Färjestaden and about 20 km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi, games and sports equipment are available.

All opportunities to make excursions for the day to the northern/southern headland of Öland. Close to Kalmar and Borgholm, a lot happens during the summer.

Here you can enjoy a relaxing life in a lush and secluded garden. There are two spacious bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, a cozy sleeping loft, a spacious living room/kitchen with open up to the ridge and a lovely sunroom. Large wooden deck with plenty of room to socialize, eat and sunbathe. There is also a guest house with two beds. Wi-Fi is available.

The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with many opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 meters away, there is a small hotel with a restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the nearest 2 km away. Sweet chickens are on the farm, and there is an opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Neighbor with ICA store and bus stop for Silverlinjen with daily departures to / from Stockholm. Located in the small community of Källa, about 7 km to the central town of Löttorp with a large range of services such as the form of restaurants, health center, swimming pool, library and shops. The accommodation is equipped with wifi throughout the house.

The house is located on the charming eastern side of Öland and newly built in 2017 with access to patio and garden. A quiet area with proximity to nature and experience of bird life. Ideal for cycling, and walking. Kårehamn is 7km away with a pleasant bathing beach. A fish shop with restaurant is generally open all weekdays. Köpingsvik is 10km from Mörby with more popular and larger bathing beaches.
