Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

Our nice old family cottage is perfectly located on Öland about 5 km from the bridge in the middle of the small village Algutsrum with lots of Öland's wonderful nature around the corner. The house is charming and fresh, has a large lovely garden to hang out, barbecue and play in. Nearby is a playground. The farm shop Stenladan, with local vegetables, delicacies and ice cream, etc. is a short walk away. Arontorps meatballs, such as Öland meatballs, today's dish and other small and good things, can be found 10 minutes by car.

The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with many opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 meters away, there is a small hotel with a restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the nearest 2 km away. Sweet chickens are on the farm, and there is an opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Historical gem in the middle of Öland

Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! The house is located on the charming eastern side of Öland and newly built in 2017 with access to patio and garden. A quiet area with proximity to nature and experience of bird life. Ideal for cycling, and walking. Kårehamn is 7km away with a pleasant bathing beach. A fish shop with restaurant is generally open all weekdays. Köpingsvik is 10km from Mörby with more popular and larger bathing beaches.
