Centrally located farmhouse in picturesque old setting on the square where the houses are close. Walking distance to cafés, cozy shops, sea, harbor and forest. Farmhouse close to the owner's residence with one room and akitchenette .Bathroom with shower. There is a 140 cm bed and a small 110 cm sofa bed suitable for small children. This newly built villa (2023) is in a serene and child-friendly area. Direct connection to hiking trails leading to natural areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and has about 5km to both the west and east coast, 3km to the grocery store, 5km to Färjestaden and about 20km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.

Very spacious, child friendly and private cottage with a huge garden. Perfect just for one person up to a whole family. Everything you need for only a short visit or a long vacation, towels, bedding, washing machine, clothing line, child essentials.. Located on the quiet east side of Öland with authentic villages, cycling distance to a sandy beach and windmills nearby. You are welcome to relax in our garden, go for a walk or we've got bikes in the garage for you to explore your surroundings.

Helt nyrenoverat under vintern 2022-23 . 15km från Öland och 15 km från glasriket. 1 km till tågstation som tar dig till Kalmar på ca 10 min. Lantligt men ändå centralt, för dig som gillar cykling finns både moutainbikebana och fina landsvägar. 2 st cyklar finns till gästers förfogande att låna gratis.

Cozy cottage

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with the sea as a neighbor. Approximately 300 meters to the swimming area. Lovely nature to stay in if you want to go out and move on. Discover the nice Örarev in Fulvik just 4.2 km away, as well as a nice and larger swimming area/beach. Möre golf club only 5km. If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland, it is only about a 30 minute drive. Pets are welcome.
