Very close to the beach and forest, wooded environment. We leave bicycles available. 2 terraces with garden furniture, 2 gas and charcoal barbecues, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, double beds 140/190, 1 folding crib, 1 shower room, separate toilet. Shops, market less than 3 km away. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet.

Renovated, comfortable and quiet cottage for 4/6 people on the edge of the Saumonards forest (many running and mountain biking trails). Shops and port 500 meters away. Large beach of Boyardville facing Fort Boyard 800 meters away. You can do anything on foot on Boyardville and visit the island by bike. Bike paths in the immediate vicinity (tip: follow towards La Braies to cross the salt marsh and see the many birds). Private parking, 2 outdoor spaces with plancha and barbecue.

We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water. Bike rental 100 meters away. Numerous bike paths to travel around the island. The house is equipped with a key box (for self check-in) only in case of unavailability on our part.
