Our accommodation is close to the sea (walking distance to the beach), in a rural environment, surrounded by vineyards and woods on 8 hectares (house adjoining ours, but not overlooked), quiet and relaxation assured! With an area of about 40 m2, it is perfect for a couple/couple with young child (2 years max). It consists of a bedroom and a living room with small kitchen and sofa, terrace. Linens and hand towels provided. The shower room/toilet is accessible through the bedroom.

Cozy cottage in Boyardville: walking distance to the beach.

Renovated, comfortable and quiet cottage for 4/6 people on the edge of the Saumonards forest (many running and mountain biking trails). Shops and port 500 meters away. Large beach of Boyardville facing Fort Boyard 800 meters away. You can do anything on foot on Boyardville and visit the island by bike. Bike paths in the immediate vicinity (tip: follow towards La Braies to cross the salt marsh and see the many birds). Private parking, 2 outdoor spaces with plancha and barbecue.

The studio is quietly located close to the city center and the Citadel. Great for a couple and a child. Vehicles can be parked on the property. We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water. In the city center, there are also children's play areas and a skate park, as well as a performance hall, a port and artists' huts...

Le Stud' in Saint Pierre d'Oléron!

Studio with private entrance adjoining our family home (we live there with our 3 children in joy and good humor, it is possible to hear them!) It has an attic bedroom (max height 1.90 m, mini 1.50 m) Queen size bed (160 x 200) with memory foam mattress. Accessible via a miller's ladder type staircase. An equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. You are welcome in our studio to discover Oléron with peace of mind.

East Coast, in the heart of the village of Foulerot, 1 km from the beach, Warm house of 70 m2 including a living room with open kitchen of 30 m2, a bedroom of 16 m2, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, and a large garage. The house is fully fenced with a garden of 400 m2 and parking of 50 m2 in the property. We accept animals.
