BETWEEN LAND AND SEA: New-build property, close to the sea (beach within walking distance, 700 m) in a rural setting, surrounded by vineyards and woodland over 10 hectares (the house is adjacent to ours, but not directly opposite); peace and quiet guaranteed! Our accommodation (40 m²) is ideal for a couple or a couple with a young child (up to 2 years old). It comprises one bedroom and a living room with a fitted kitchen, washing machine, sofa and an enclosed terrace, and has no neighbouring properties overlooking it. Sheets, towels & tea towels provided.

Rest in this very quiet neighborhood.

The studio is located a stone's throw from the beaches, the city center and the shops of Port des Barques. The terrace and private fenced garden will delight guests and their 4-legged friends. The studio can accommodate 2 people (1 bed 160 x 200). It includes a fitted and equipped kitchen (a microwave, an induction cooktop, a fridge/freezer, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle as well as dishes), a spacious and functional shower and a separate toilet.

In "board" de dune is a set of lodgings in the middle of pine trees including the owner's house and two other lodgings. We are located 400 m from the beach. Guests can enjoy the atmosphere and smells of the forest and maritime pines to relax. In July (except first week) and August (except last week), bookings are made on a weekly basis only from Sunday to Sunday. Outside of July and August: 2 nights minimum
