Come and enjoy our 25 m2 studio with a mezzanine bed for 2 people and a private terrace. It is possible to add a bed for a child. The accommodation has just been refurbished. This accommodation is located in La Gaconnière in the commune of Château-D'Oléron. Parking is available on the street right next to the studio. You can find shops and restaurants nearby in Dolus or Château, as well as the beach.

Small independent accommodation, ideal and above all functional for a short trip for two. It is part of a property bringing together 3 other properties including ours, in a quiet, family-friendly environment. The green spaces, the swimming pool (mid-April to end of September) and the outdoor jacuzzi (extra charge) are shared between the different accommodations.
