Monthly Rentals in Omps

We had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful place with enough towels, beds, and kitchen supplies for a friendship get away for 6 ladies. We will definitely return!

This is our third time staying here. We love the peace and quiet, easy access in the mountains that doesn't require a 4x4 vehicle. We stock up on groceries from home or the local Food Lion in downtown Berkeley Springs, then make all of our meals. Our kids enjoy the sleeping loft upstairs and the main floor bedroom is quite comfortable, we all slept quite well on each respective bed. The view outside is great, the screened in porch is so nice to have, ensuring a bug-free, relaxing time out in the cool mountain air. The wood burning fireplace helps with the cozy factor when inside, and even though we go there to get away from all the fast movement in the city, it is also nice to have satellite TV just in case you are feeling up to watching a movie by the fire. We will definitely be going back again in the future.

We had a great stay at Kara’s place. Easy to find, it’s close to road but the noise did not bother us at all. We enjoyed sitting at the back porch facing the stream and read a book. Her green binder is a great source for local recommendations- especially restaurants. If there is one thing that I would like to suggest is to add a lights or a garden fence (even just a short one) facing Rock Gap Rd. At night when we took our dogs to potty, we could not see that we’re almost walking very close to the road. Other than that, our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you Kara!

Perfect house for a relaxing getaway. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful Mountain View’s, soak in the hot tub, sit by the fire, grill some food, and enjoy the downtown shops and restaurants.
