Located on the north private beach section of Flagler Beach (Painters Hill), you can sit right in the backyard and experience ocean living with nothing obstructing your view. It's the perfect place for a family or a couple. Our spacious 2/2 with a full kitchen, living room and dinette will comfortably fit 4 Adults plus kids for a fun filled beach vacation.

You will find your oasis right in the middle of Holly Hill. This second floor get-a-way has modern amenities and is close to lots of the happening places/events in Daytona Beach. It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

3 minute Drive to Beach with free parking Sand & Stones Beach Home is Located on a large corner lot with plenty of room for parking with 2 circular driveways. We have a Basketball patio & hoop. In the gated backyard you will find a screened in gazebo, picnic table, Propane Grill, firepit & 6 chairs. Guest Shed has 5 Beach bikes, Cornhole & all the beach items you will need with 6 beach chairs, rolling beach cart, beach blanket, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, skip board & beach toys.

Close to the beach, golf courses and walking distance to restaurants, coffee and grocery. Watch the turtles line up on the log; catch some fish; read a book or even better write your book at the desk in the back enclosed patio. Take a walk in the neighborhood up to Holland Park for the free splash pad, amazing playground and recreational facilities.
