Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee, toaster, etc. A parking space is right by the house. Linens & towels included. SONOS, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi. Small cozy apartment cabin located directly on the Dahmer dike. The apartment is on the ground floor of the old fisherman's house. There is a living room and bedroom with adjoining kitchen and a bathroom. The house is older and the ceilings of the apartment are partly low or there are wooden beams. Especially in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Very tall people have to be a little careful. This includes a large fenced garden with terrace. Internet is at your disposal!

If you want to enjoy the Baltic Sea, you have come to the right place! We renovated and furnished this apartment in 2022! Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).

In winter, from the balcony, you can see the water between the trees and relax after a walk on the beach in the infrared cabin. The city of Neustadt charges a tourist tax all year round.
