Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

The property is located in a new building that stands on our property. The newly furnished 2-room non-smoking apartment can be reached via a few steps. You will find a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, sink and fridge with freezer compartment. A coffee pod machine is also provided. In the living area there is a sofa bed, the lying surface is 140 x 200 cm.

Mehrbrise Travemünde apartment

I have been renting out my newly furnished Baltic Sea apartment since June 2025. The apartment is on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located right on the beach. From the 6 m2 balcony, you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and can see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can unwind and relax.
