Unsere moderne und hochwertig ausgestattete 2-Zimmerwohnung befindet sich in strandnaher Lage (5-7 Gehminuten), unweit des neuen Dünenparks, im beliebten Ostseebad Grömitz. Die Wohnung ist zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass man sich im Apartment und auf der großen Terrasse ideal entspannen kann. Als besonderes Highlight bieten wir unseren Gästen von April bis Anfang Oktober einen kostenlosen Strandkorb im Wert von 16€ pro Tag.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. The apartment on the first floor has two bedrooms with king size beds, a living-dining area, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Terrace and garden are for exclusive use. From there, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach in a few steps.

Welcome to our listing. On our former dairy farm between Hamburg and Lübeck, we offer this independent 2-room apartment as a starting point for your adventures in Northern Germany. The former "Old Milk Chamber" was part of the agricultural and livestock industry that has been run here on our farm for many generations. Now it has been redesigned as a vacation apartment. You can park right in front of the apartment and the bus stop is about 20 meters away.

Our vacation home (built around 1900, renovated in 2013) contains 2 apartments. We rent the apartment on the second floor as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 sleeping places. The lower apartment is used by us on weekends or during vacations. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished in the Scandinavian style and fully equipped. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

Bargteheide train station is 5 km away.

You can dream in a box-spring bed with 180 x 200 cm, and in the bathroom you can decide whether you want to bathe comfortably in the 190 x 90 cm bathtub, with a rain shower or a small massage shower head. For a child or a 3rd person, there is also a guest room, which can also be used as a study. You can cook in the kitchen.
