The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small places also offer for bike and motorcycle riders, beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering.
