You can walk directly across the street to the sound access gazebo where you can see the sunset & launch our kayak or canoe. The bike path is directly in front of our home which takes you to the Wright Brothers Memorial and many local restraunts & venues. The beach is just across the street (.5 miles)with free parking. Our local boat ramp is a few blocks away w/free parking & launch

Adorable 3 bed, 2 bath home that backs up to a canal! Pretty water views, great outdoor living space for adults and kids, and outdoor shower. WiFi and Netflix provided. Cornhole, 4 kayaks, boogie boards and tons of indoor games provided. The beach is only a 10 minute drive away. Includes access to Colington Harbor Yacht club, pool, and tennis courts.
