We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Quietly located, we not only offer a magnificent view of the mountains, but also an entrance to beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, as well as a double bed. There is plenty of room for an extra bed for a child. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. If you need a washing machine, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The rural location invites you to switch off & relax, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports & recreational areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc.), thermal baths and many other leisure activities, there is still no boredom. Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite the compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area that allows a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the generous window areas.

You can also buy day tickets there.
