In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people. Baby cot available if needed. A private garden invites you to grill and relax. Martinszell (near Waltenhofen) is about 2 km from the beautiful Lake Niedersonthofen, which invites you to swim, walk or bike. Kempten and Immenstadt are about 15 minutes, to Oberstdorf about half an hour.
