What a fantastic apartment!!! Plenty of room for our family of 4. The location was great... Lovely to look out the windows and see the gondeliers going by.. Definitely recommend

Za nás veľká spokojnosť. Dario je skvelý a ústretový hostiteľ. Vždy nám ochotne poskytol rady a odporúčania.V byte nám nič nechýbalo, všetko fungovalo a cítili sme sa tu príjemne.Kúsok od bytu je autobusová zastávka, nebol problém sa dostať do Benátok, Padovy..Ďakujeme a radi sa vrátime❣️

Location is perfect! The apartment has big windows, with bright cheery living room and spotless kitchen. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. The hosts are very friendly and they met us at the Pier to walk us to the apartment. They even arranged a water taxi for us from the airport which was very convenient. Family friendly apartment. Will recommend to everyone.

Logement très bien placé, dans un quartier très animé mais à l'écart des nuisances sonores. Il est petit et peu lumineux (mais ça, ça se voit sur les photos!) mais très propres et fonctionnel. Gros plus : il y a, à l'entrée de l'immeuble, un placard qui ferme à clé et dans lequel nous pouvons laisser nos bagages après le check-out.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Alessandra’s Appartement, und es war wieder perfekt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und hilfreiche Tipps für Restaurants von Raoul, und wir durften sogar früher einchecken! Die Wohnung liegt gut erreichbar fussläufig zum Piazzale Roma, ist sehr ruhig und hat eine kleine, private Terrasse. Auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne von uns, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Monica was an amazing host! The place was cute and cozy. It's a great location away from the super touristy areas and an easy walk from the train station. Her place was so cozy and inviting that we always looked forward to relaxing there after a long day of walking around Venice.

An absolute gem of a place within easy access to anything you may need, including all the main tourist attractions in Venice. Marco couldn't have been more helpful our responsive. We got a private sea taxi from, and back to, the airport (which we would also recommend) so we got dropped off, and picked up, literally at the door. There is a beautiful square with lovely cafes and restaurants if you want a peaceful authentic breakfast, lunch or dinner. We would definitely stay again and recommend. Thank you Mirco.

la proposta di Fabrizio è un'ottima base di appoggio per visitare Venezia: in posizione ottimale rispetto ai servizi di collegamento (fermata bus a pochi passi), in zona tranquilla e anche con facilità di parcheggio, se muniti di auto propria. Curiosità: se amanti di cucine etniche, non mancano le alternative nei dintorni, alcune anche molto sfiziose. L'appartamento corrisponde in tutto a quanto prospettato, luminoso e adeguato ad un piacevole soggiorno da 2 a 4 persone. Consigliato!

Fantastico! Cura al dettaglio incredibile, gentilezza e disponibilità di Giovanni e Marta. La canina super simpatica ha fatto amicizia con il nostro Hope e la zona dietro la superstrada è comunque super silenziosa, tranquilla e veramente molto curata. Il giardino e il parcheggio sono stati quel plus che ci ha fatto scegliere questo alloggio. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio. Prima sera abbiamo scelto di farci arrivare un delivery, mentre la seconda sera abbiamo preferito cucinare a casa dato la presenza di tutti i comfort proposti dall’appartamento. Davvero ottima esperienza paragonata al prezzo e alla vicinanza dal centro!!!

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geeignet, um Vicenza zu erkunden. Zu Fuss ist das Zentrum in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist Gold wert! Die Wohnung selbst ist ansprechend eingerichtet und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Davide war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit . Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We only stayed one night but this was a great alternative to staying in Venice itself. Quick walk to Mestre station, where there's plenty of trains going to the island. The place itself was clean, stocked with all the essentials, and easy to access.

Amazing visit! The views from the apartment were exceptional with the 3 huge, opening, floor to ceiling door/windows, in addition to the enormous private terrace. We felt like we were true residents of Venice, totally connected to the beauty, activity, and natural elements of the Grand Canal and Carregio district. Pietro was unbelievably helpful to us, including water taxi, restaurants, tour guide and museum input.....he helped make our stay magical! Everything was all more than worth what we paid!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Massimo. Hôte accueillant, très arrangeant concernant les heures d arrivée et de depart en fonction de ses disponibilités. Massimo nous a donné d excellents conseils pour faire les courses, manger dans des restaurants authentiques, cuisine maison est pa et loin de la foule. Excellents conseils pour les visites. Documentation laissée à disposition. L appartement est très bien orienté. Le mini balcon a été apprécié. Appartement bien aménagé, literie tres confortable.

we had a wonderful stay at this lovely and cozy Airbnb apartment in Venice. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled great. The host, Michale, was absolutely amazing – she was kind, attentive, and helped me with everything I needed. The apartment is in a perfect location with a beautiful view of one of Venice's canals. For Jewish travelers, it's just a 3-minute walk from the Chabad House of Venice and the historic Jewish Ghetto.

Wir haben eine Woche in Treviso verbracht und waren äusserst zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen: nahe am Bahnhof und in ein paar Schritten ist man im Herzen der schönen kleinen Stadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet (es hat sogar ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett, usw.). Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Vor allem die Bequemlichkeit des Bettes (nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart) ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Pietro und Giuseppe war super. Wenn wir wieder mal in Treviso sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung buchen. Danke und "a presto"! Ariane und Patrick Spielmann

Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Mestre & Venedig. Danke der Unterkunft hatten wir einen schönen ruhigen Ort der sich wie Zuhause angefüllt hat. Sowohl Bad, Küche als auch Schlafzimmer hatten eine Top Ausstattung uns hat nix gefehlt! es gab sogar Hygiene Artikel falls man was vergessen hat und auch einen Schrank mit Snacks. Valerio war sehr zuvorkommend & Flexibel er hat schnell und zuverlässig auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns im Vorhinein eine top Liste an Restaurants und anderm geschickt, das war sehr hilfreich. Danke für diese toll Unterkunft Wir könne sie sehr empfehlen!

Nous avons été accueillis comme dans la famille. L'appartement est impeccable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour faire des bons petits plats italiens. Nous avons pu profiter également de la grande piscine. Nous étions à un peu plus d'une heure en train + voiture de Venise que nous avons visité. C'est magnifique.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Haus mit viel Platz und gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Sehr netter Empfang durch Mara und Greta. Man muss wissen, dass es kein Babybett und keinen Hochstuhl gibt, aber das haben wir mitgebracht. Die tolle Terrasse vor der Küche könnte ein bissel komfortabler möbliert sein, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau und hat unserem schönen Familienurlaub keinen Abbruch getan. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Super schöne Unterkunft auf einem beeindruckenden Gelände. Das Appartement war wunderschön und für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter versehen, die nützlich sind. Ein toller Pool, hervorragender Wein in der Kellerei, eine gute Bäckerei gegenüber und ein Metzger nebenan komplettieren das Urlaubsgefühl.

Abbiamo trascorso le festività Pasquali ospiti nella villa di Vanessa: la location è davvero molto bella, sia per quanto riguarda gli interni (spaziosi, confortevoli, ordinati e puliti) che per per gli spazi esterni (spazi verdi immensi, ben curati, con tutti i comfort e completamente accessibili): piscina, area relax, campo da tennis, distese verdi ampiamente apprezzati da tutti noi ed anke dalla ns cagnolina che era libera di muoversi in spazi verdi e completamente recintati. Relax allo stato puro, in un posto incantevole assolutamente da vivere e respirare: ospitalità di Vanessa e’ da 10 e lode! Grazie di tutto ed…a presto! Lorenzo

Wonderful place for a family to stay. Thomas was very friendly and responsive. The check in was very smooth and the parking space is also very nearby. The apartment is 30 mins away from Venice via car. Would definitely come back. Only downside was the bathrooms didn't have a lock. Apart from that everything else was perfect.
