Holiday rentals with a patio in Palermo

The house is amazing. So clean, modern and stylish. High spec kitchen and bathroom and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Wonderful, sunny roof terrace and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. A choice of restaurants nearby and on the way to the beach. Handy for the airport and Salvatore drove us there to catch our flight. I don’t think there is WiFi.

Marina’s apartment was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay in Palermo. The view from the terrace was stunning—we loved enjoying our morning coffee and evening wine while watching the sunrise and sunset. Marina was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely stay at her apartment again next time we’re in Palermo—hopefully, it’ll be available! For those staying with a rental car like we did, street parking outside the apartment is free, but please be aware of so-called “Posteggiatori” who often stand near parking areas and demand money for parking, especially where parking is limited on weekends and holidays. When we arrived, a man approached my husband aggressively demanding money for parking. What they do is absolutely illegal and you DO NOT HAVE TO PAY them for parking. Simply let them know you are staying at the apartment.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a secure quality residence. A parking space is available, which is really a plus to park your vehicle when we discover the surroundings of Palermo. We were really at home. Maria Louisa is responsive and efficient. We had a wifi connection problem and the next morning, a technician from the operator intervened to change the box. She gave us addresses and recommended several places to visit. Thanks to her.

Francesco was a really, really wonderful host. He picked me up at the bus station and drove me to the apartment. It is in a delightful old building, right on the waterfront and within walking distance of many of Palermo's highlights- e.g. the Orto Botanico , Palazzo Butera and many more. It was secure, quiet and charmingly furnished with everything you need including a fabulous terrace. Francesco provided food, fruit juice, water and wine on arrival (and there is a supermarket nearby). He also arranged to have my kindle sent on to me when I left it behind. What a legend! This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed in!

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

A delightful, warm , helpful and friendly host. The property was a good size, tidy and well decorated. The location was perfect as you could walk to the beach , restaurant and amenities in no time . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hosts who were so helpful. The villa was beautiful and felt so authentically Sicilian. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Decorated beautifully with gorgeous art everywhere.

Cozy appartement surrounded by a beautiful garden. Really nice outdoor kitchen, well equipped and clean. Perfect space for a couple or family of three. Roberto and Antonio were super friendly and helpful. Definite recommendation!

The house was new and very clean and tidy and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms had mosquito netting. Tizana and her husband were there to greet us which was really great. the description was correct the only minus was the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

location in the heart of the historic city, near the port of La Cala with many restaurants. The airport shuttle bus (€6/pers) leaves you in Via Roma and walk 10 minutes to find the secure accommodation. Angelo leaves you the instructions very cozy and ultra clean apartment with a queen bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs . Palermo is to be discovered with its riches of monuments. I recommend we were delighted!

Very friendly hosts, flexible with times and helpful. The house is very big and located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the airport and a good location to discover Palermo and the north of the island.

The apartment is quite large, I got a bit lost at first! Large and airy with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfasting on the terrace. It could be a bit noisy at times but was often quite peaceful. An easy walk to the old town and plenty of amenities nearby ie bakery and supermarket as well as many places to eat. Roberto was a great host always responding to our queries promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Well-maintained house in a quiet area in the middle of the center of Palermo. Massimiliano was always very kind and ready to provide any necessary guidance. We hope to be back soon.

We spent 3 night at Elisa’s house. It’s perfectly situated to take the bus to the city or the beach. We did both. Supermarket and restaurants and a fantastic gelato shop on the same block. She has thought of everything. Tissues in the rooms, a bag with towels to take to the beach. The little things make you feel at home, and the information she provided was fantastic. Would definitely come and stay if we return to Palermo.

Nice apartment, functional, comfortable and located on a very quiet street. We had a lovely stay and will be back without hesitation:)
