The land is 600 square meters, with a beautiful garden and a large terrace with a barbecue place. The house consists of a living room with fireplace, dining room, full kitchen and three bedrooms, one of which is a suite. Accommodates up to 6 people. It is a modern house, well equipped and well-integrated with Nature, nestled in a piece of the Atlantic rain Forest, in the National Park of Serra da Bocaina, 10km from the center of the historical center of Paraty. There is waterfalls with crystal-clear natural swimming pool, with private access, jungle gym, sauna, trails in the forest, therapeutical therapies and you can order nice local food.

You and your family will be in a very well located space, easy access, close to the Historic Centre and the exits to the city sights. The house is very comfortable, airy and very well equipped, with structure for up to 6 people. There are 3 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. There is a work space, with a printer, a double sofa bed and wi-fi; the Wi-Fi picks up all over the house. There is also a pleasant gourmet area with barbecue area. There are 2 small cars in the garage.

Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor, accessible only by a staircase (wide, with handrail, between 12 and 15 flights of stairs). We do not accept pets.
