Monthly Rentals in Park Forest Village

Valerie came to my son’s rescue when his apartment lost power after a bad storm. She responded to me immediately when I requested to book. He was literally at her home within 10 minutes—safe, cool and quiet.

We were visiting our daughter who attends Penn State. Sarah's place was in a great location. The house was perfect - so clean and organized. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect place for us. We came to State College to attend my nephew’s wedding. Ryan’s house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Perfectly clean. Close to many stores but had the feel of being in a private wooded setting. Ryan was very responsive to any questions. Loved having the little deck out back. Only down side was not being able to stay longer. Would love to come again. Thank you Ryan. Perfect stay!

We had a lovely stay while in town for a PSU tour. Dawn has the basics in her kitchen and bathroom- and I appreciated that so much. The entire home is cozy and the beds were comfortable. My youngest loved the bunk bed room- a great place to sleep and play! And Dawn even hid Easter eggs which was a very thoughtful gesture and my kiddo enjoyed. We would definitely consider staying here again for a return visit.
