Detached house (old barn renovated with taste, charm and modernity) equipped with a foosball table and digital piano. Shops, restaurants, cinema, Nordic swimming pool, Motoball stadium and supermarkets within 5 minutes by car. 45 minutes from Center Parc. Market in city center Thursday and Sunday morning. Axe Paris Bordeaux (A10) 10 min away, Poitiers TGV station 15min away.

Large independent design loft of 180 m2 with outdoor space of 100 m2 in a renovated old wine cellar (artist's house). You can relax by the fireplace, share a convivial moment thanks to the large breakfast table, its fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of its beds in the bedroom or mezzanine (1m under the ceiling). In summer, you can enjoy the terrace and its kitchen with a plancha. Access to the heated swimming pool, by common courtyard, between 1 June and 15 September.

Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou Cap at the p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. A part of the independently accessible longhouse is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro vibe where you can entertain yourself with leisure games as well as relax in the veranda with unlimited access to the spas for yourself . Private pool 4x2 open on May 1 solar heating, so we cannot guarantee an exact temperature.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to shine between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the creek of L'Autize, hosts can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and music instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet friends and family, stay quietly, and unwind!

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
