The sofa in the living room can be converted to a double bed, sleeping another 2 persons. The open space living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower. The whole property in on the ground level and can be combined with Lakka Stone House G on the ground floor in case of big families or groups.

The walk to the beach is a 5 minute stroll, as you can see from the pictures.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
