We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

The Cottage

This lovely two bedroom cottage offers charming 4-star accommodation for up to four people with one double and one twin room. The cottage has its own private, enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining and cooking areas. It also boasts a beautiful south facing deck and sunbathing area accessed directly from the French doors in the living room. La Chaumière is set in just over an acre of attractive, mature grounds with a fabulous pool set within the walls of an old barn and stunning views.

T2 A balcony over the city

Enjoy chic and central accommodation with this fully renovated 37 m² apartment. Charming and very bright, it is on the 2nd floor of a small south-facing building and offers views of the rooftops of the Cité Gaillarde and the collegiate church. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a second double bed, and a separate toilet. Place de la Guierle and its famous covered market are 200 m away, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away.

The Cabane de la Mésange

Nous sommes très contents d'avoir réalise une nouvelle cabane au Domaine de Lalande-Laborie, tout proche de Montignac-Lascaux et ses fameuses grottes. Vous apprécieriez notre Cabane pour sa belle vue sur les forets et les prés et son intérieur tout confort et très accueillant ! La Cabane est climatisée et chauffée. Une vaste terrasse très agréable sur laquelle vous pourrez prendre votre apéritif & petit déjeuner, tout en contemplant la nature (milans, chevreuils, écureuils).

Old 19th century farm with Spa & Games Room

Welcome to our former 19th century farmhouse ideally located overlooking the village of Saint Avit Senieur with its UNESCO World Heritage abbey. The gîte is equipped with a hot tub, a games room (table football, table tennis and billiards), 8 bicycles, and for babies: a cot with side rails, a high chair, a changing mat, a baby bath, a sandpit, a swing, and a bicycle with a baby carrier. Optional: - Household linen: €15/bed + €10/person (towel set) - Cleaning fee: €100

Located in the heart of Périgord Noir, Moulin aux Ans welcomes you to its 5 cottages in all seasons. Le Bureau is a stone cottage for 2 people, consisting of a living room (view of the water) with equipped kitchen, a bedroom (1 bed 140), a bathroom with toilet and a balcony equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The entrance to the accommodation is independent access from the back of the house.
