With us you can live close to nature and say "Good morning" to the deer at breakfast in the garden. We have lovingly renovated our 56 square meter annex. In the bathroom and in the bedrooms you can enjoy underfloor heating. Whether as a family or business traveler, you will enjoy our four walls. Wi-Fi is available almost everywhere, so nothing stands in the way of working from home. In the well-equipped kitchen you can cook for yourself, but there is also a good restaurant in the village.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. There are three bedrooms with a double bed or a large bed. There is also a sofa bed in the attic. You can cook your favourite meals in the modern fitted kitchen. In addition to the main bathroom with two washbasins, a bathtub and a shower, there is another toilet in the attic.
