El apartamento “El Poril II”(en segunda planta y calle peatonal) reformado, se encuentra situado en Puerto del Carmen en la zona del Varadero, antiguo puerto, situado en primera línea de mar, permitiendo gozar de unas maravillosas puestas de sol con vistas al mar. Situado en segunda planta pero solo se accede a una planta sin ascensor.
