Monthly Rentals in Plemmirio

The apartment is nicely and appropriately furnished. The bathrooms are new. From the terrace you have a great view of the sea. The house or the property as such makes a somewhat pampered impression, but that did not bother us further. The location is good for getting to Syracuse or Noto quickly.

We stayed for 4 nights at the property. We arrived earlier than expected, but were immediately warmly welcomed. The place matched the pictures and description. The outdoor area was beautiful and invited for breakfast in the sun overlooking the sea. Only a few meters walk we could walk to the sea via an access 🌊 Simone directly gave us tips for things to do or regional specialties. He was always available and helpful. We spent 6 nights at Villa del Quarzo. Our main purpose in Southeast Sicily was to visit the various Baroque architecture towns - Noto, Ragusa, etc. The home is about 20 minutes outside of Siracusa. There isn't a lot in the immediate area. There is a small bakery/grocery a few minutes walk from the house that was open in the morning. It appears that it is open in the evening as well during the summer. The house itself is quiet and peaceful. It is very simple, but had everything we could need, including kitchen essentials. Francesco and his wife were good hosts, always responsive to us. I also feel like it was very good value for money. Highly recommend.

Ideal for families looking for a peaceful holiday by the sea. Could not have asked for more.
