The beautiful surroundings of Stocksee in Holstein Switzerland offer opportunities for swimming, hiking, cycling and discovering. Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Am Rande einer romantischen Waldlichtung steht dieser ökologisch ausgebaute Waldwagen mitten in der Natur und wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. The apartment is located in an idyllic thatched cottage with lake views. The house is located on a spacious property on the edge of the Prinzenholz. The decor is friendly and bright. Biking and hiking trails start right at your doorstep, and canoe rental and swimming facilities are close by. The apartment has its own sun terrace and garden area. In addition, the North Sea and Baltic Sea as well as Kiel and Lübeck are not far away. You'll love my place because of the peace and quiet and the coziness.

In the rear part of our wildly romantic garden, the small red trailer awaits guests. With plenty of nature all around, the neighbours' clucking chickens and the chirping of the many birds, there is plenty of space to slow down. There is enough space for two in our fully equipped car.
