Beautiful accommodation located in a historic building (known as the "Camp of the Cloth of Gold"). You'll be captivated by its breathtaking view of the 12th-century Palace of the Dukes of Aquitaine and its view of the medieval town center. Everything you need for an ideal stay will be provided and we will be happy to accommodate your needs at any time! Please note, it is located on the 4th floor (the view and brightness come at a price...), and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Private space with independent entrance located at the back of my house set back from the street. A 2-room apartment of 48 m2 furnished for a couple but with the possibility of accommodating more people, sleeping on the sofa bed, adding a mattress for 1 person and 1 umbrella bed. Kitchenette, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, large private wooded garden. Parking on site. Access to the historic city center 12 min walk, river and walks 8 min walk, Futuroscope 20 min drive, La Rochelle 1.5 hr drive.

Poitiers center, 5 minutes walk to Place Notre Dame, the rectorate, IAE and pedestrian streets, air-conditioned, independent at the bottom of our garden. Private terrace. Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine. WiFi (fiber) Independent entrance via the garage. No parties or events, no pets.

Quiet, Place de la Liberté and 2 steps from the market square, Notre Dame church, pedestrian streets, 3-minute walk from the rectorate, IAE, restaurants and the historic center of Poitiers, easy access to all sites and amenities: you will be a 10-minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bus from the Futuroscope, close to all the city's bus lines that will allow you to go everywhere! The 2-room apartment can accommodate 4 people.

At the gates of Poitiers, house offering the charm of the old with all modern comforts. House in an old farmhouse, adjoining the owners' home. Separate entrance, terrace and garden. On the ground floor, you will find the living room open to an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, etc.). Upstairs, you access a landing with office area serving a large bedroom with comfortable 160 bed as well as a shower room.

Gîte du Marronnier de Montrouge 10 min to Futuroscope

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

Close to train station and downtown. Great location.

The house in which you will be staying is a fully renovated townhouse of 65 m2, within a 5-minute walk of Poitiers SNCF train station. It is at the foot of the viaduct allowing access to the city center in less than 10 minutes on foot. Access to the Futuroscope park can be done by train (10 min), by car (15 min) or by bus. This place is good for families, couples, business travelers, families (with kids). Capacity 4 people.
