Monthly Rentals in Ponce Inlet

This is a lovely resort-like community, lots of amenities (small Par-3 golf, private beach club, pool, fitness, restaurant, bicycles) and gorgeous well-maintained grounds and marina, and very secure. A car is needed for most things aside from the onsite facilities. If you are looking for quiet, peaceful, and close to the beach, this is a great location. Brian is an excellent host, very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The unit was immaculate with everything I needed (+ soaking tub, Apple TV, full-size washer/dryer, dedicated garage parking), large balcony overlooking the marina and beyond to the intra-coastal and skyline--stunning sunrises and sunsets whilst I was there! Friendly neighbors. I appreciated the fact that pets are welcome--not just tolerated--but welcome! That's why I chose it. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here!! We spent most of our days outside but were always excited to relax in the room or hang out by the pool at the end of the day. Our host was super friendly & had great communication. I will definitely stay here again next time i’m back in town!

Loved staying a month at Rob's 5th floor Oceanview condo. This condo has so much more than most. Cozy Leather living room was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you could think of from cook ware to beach accessories and towels to linens and pillows and more are stocked. The condo is well kept and immaculately clean upon arrival. We used both the heat and air conditioning and were always very comfortable. Water is clear and drinking quality with plenty of pressure and volume at hot and cold.The grounds are maintained by a full time on-site very capable superintendant and grounds keeping services. There are 4 elevators, 2 in the north building and all are working. Pool cleaning service comes daily. Pool and beach are steps away, always spotless and not overcrowded. Fishing, biking on the beach and the Ponce Inlet peninsula, walking provided us structure to our days the month. Excellent restraunts are close by and across the causway. We visit Ponce Inlet often since we live nearby in Orlando, and it’s hands down our favorite beach to visit. Dean’s beachfront condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! The view from the 7th floor is unbeatable — stunning ocean views as far as you can see. The building is very clean and extremely well-maintained, and the condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We highly recommend grabbing a bite at Racing’s North Turn Beach Bar & Grille, just a short walk from the condo — a great beachfront restaurant with a fun atmosphere. Also, don’t miss out on the homemade ice cream and cookies from Mimi’s Cookies and Cream Bar and Neighbors Ice Cream. The location couldn’t have been better.
