Wonderful and luxurious 3 BR Flat, near the beach totaly equipped and furnished for your best confort. This 80 m2 flat + 20 m2 balcony + secure parking place will seduce you with its situation at 5 min by car or direct bus of the beach. The equipments are totally new and performant: AC in every room, induction cooking, washer/dryer machine, high speed wifi, Netfix, piano, guitar. The borough is also wonderful: lively with a bakery just in front of the house, groceries, supermarkets, pharmacy.

Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

30 m2, récemment rénové, en plein centre de Nice. Logement indépendant (pass pour l'immeuble et clés) - Gare SNCF et Tram à 5mn. Rue parallèle à l'avenue principale (tram) avec tous les magasins. Grand marché méditerranéen à 10mn au nord et plage à 15mn au sud. Soyez les bienvenu(e)s, je vous accueillerai personnellement et je pourrais, si vous le désirez, vous donner des indications sur la ville ou les alentours. Vous trouverez des plans et tous les bons plans correspondants à votre séjour.
