Dear guests, My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Falkenhagener See invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

Stay in the historic Dutch Quarter

Relaxed living, Mediterranean backyard, roof terrace and beautiful views. You can look forward to three bedrooms, a living room where a Prussian grenadier lived 250 years ago, a kitchen-living room where he cooked and a bathroom he didn't know yet (Wilhelminian period). The furnishings are a mix of Wilhelminian style, design and Mediamarkt. From the floorboards, you can easily remove any spilled red wine from the wine merchant in the immediate vicinity.

Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

My guest apartment offers 45 m² of space for 2-4 people. It is comfortably and modernly furnished and invites you to linger - so say my guests :-). After a long day of excursions, the separate bedroom allows you to retreat a little. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and shower room. For more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
