This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with everything that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating ensure cozy warmth even on cold days. The "JULIA" can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

On our raft, with solid forest floor under your feet, enjoy the view over the lake, hike, breathe in the forest air, go on bike tours, fish directly from the property or just switch off or play billiards outside with a view of the Silbersee, chat around the fire bowl.

Mit einer Größe von 13,5 x 4,5m bietet es jede Menge Platz und von der Dachterrasse aus habt ihr einen tollen Uberblick ueber die Rummelsburger Bucht.
