Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Potsdam-Mittelmark

We really enjoyed our stay in Berlin. The flat was huge, lots of light, and close to everything we wanted to do in the neighborhood. Near the canal and all the great cafes and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

We were four adults with six children and felt at home from the first moment. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped – garden, pool, canal with boats – everything is great! The host Martin was very friendly, helpful and flexible. The communication went great, we had a great time and look forward to the next time!

We had a super great time in Simone's great place. We didn't miss anything and were able to really relax. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired and if you don't have enough of the pool during the day, you can admire the starry sky from the hot tub at night. The only thing to note is. We came by public transport and had to walk to the train station on the day of departure (50 min), as neither bus nor taxi/Bolt or Uber are available on Sundays. That maybe as a little info...but of course has nothing to do with the wonderful accommodation itself! We will be happy to come back!

Everything was great, always happy to come back. Very quiet and relaxed. Very nice staff. Everything clean. Check-in and check-out was also relaxed via numerical code. I can gladly recommend it.

We were simply thrilled! The space is modern and very clean. Everything was available in the large well-kept kitchen - even a kitchen scale. The hosts welcomed us warmly and were always pleasantly present for questions or nice conversations. Our 16 month old daughter was enchanted by the huge property with the many animals (rabbits, cats, horses...). We certainly won't have been there for the last time ☺️👍🏻

We are just coming back from a wonderful holiday from the Birkholz estate. The listed apartment is as described - spacious, very well equipped and simply wonderful. The garden is just as great. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and sauna very much. There is plenty to experience excursions. Both on foot (who likes to walk/hike) as well as by car. We recommend Tangermünde and especially at Easter Easter hunting in the Elbauenpark in Magdeburg. For the emergency of the four-legged friend, we can highly recommend the veterinary practice Jane Trawiel in Tangermünde from our own experience. A veterinarian with heart, online appointment agreement and very knowledgeable! We will be happy to come back to Birkholz! Best regards from the Capital of Culture 2025 🤗

We found the place without any problems thanks to Cathleen's information. The house is older, everything new inside and the "Haus am See" is fantastically located. Overlooking the lake, quiet / a really good place to unwind. We really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you again. Micha

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The modern design of the house harmonizes perfectly with the breathtaking nature around it. The tranquility is simply indescribable and invites you to relax. Particularly noteworthy is the great contact with Nico, who was always available to us quickly and helpful. A real highlight is the wellness oasis in the garden – here you could really relax. The house is well furnished, there was nothing missing. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10
