Regional and S-Bahn (suburban train) is a 10-minute walk away. (9 min drive to Potsdamer Platz), bus in 3 min. Ent., shopping within walking distance (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, organic shop, weekly market).

In der historischen Dorfstraße befindet sich unser gemeinschaftlich genutzter 4Seitenhof. Das Apartement liegt im östlichen ehemaligen Stallgebäude und wurde liebevoll saniert und ausgestattet. Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Fragt gerne auch nach der Nutzung unserer Zeltsauna mit Holzofen und eisigem Tauchfass im Garten.

Tiny House / 3 min zum See

Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Escape Berlin - Tiny House with Sauna

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Our light rooftop apartment with its 150 year old wooden beams lies in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood. It comes with a small but stylish kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna. we offer Netflix, cable TV and very fast Internet. Your stay with us will be carbon neutral, since we fully compensate our emissions. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.

Large and colorful + sauna

We rolled up our sleeves again and made the over 80 m² Melkerwohnung apartment on the upper floor of our residential building fit. It was important to us to use existing historical furniture and components, as well as the use of natural building materials: lime plaster, wood from our own forest, wood fiber insulation panels, linseed oil, wooden windows... The result is a spacious wellness apartment with some surprises.

Welcome to our holiday home in Zernsdorf - Königs Wusterhausen, about 40 minutes from Berlin's city centre. We rent out a comfortable and fully equipped A-Frame cabin only 5 minutes away from the Zernsdorfer Lake. The perfect place to relax in nature but still enjoy the sights ob Berlin. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
