We took a small apt, as we were a couple , but they have other larger ones. We were very well served by the family of Residencial Batista. We were guided by the places, beaches nearby, we were able to do several things on foot. We will certainly be back. Gratitude.

Excellent stay. Lorenna is a host who fulfills her role with excellence. Excellent property, as shown in the photos. We had some setbacks with the garage, but it was as described in the listing, so overall, a 10. We hope to return next year!!

There were two great ones, we arrived his Cláudio was waiting for us, very sweet and friendly, the house was clean and very neat, we felt at home, everything was very quiet, we loved the place, the house, everything.

Casa marvelous, complete and functional, we felt at home, we loved the part of the pool, the water was always warm which was a differential in those days that were cloudy, the children enjoyed a lot. We'll be back for sure, more than our expectations.

A great house to stay at! We had a problem with another accommodation, and we needed to find a quick one already almost 11 p.m., and Vitalino answered us, and accepted our request quickly. The house is impeccable, it has EVERYTHING you need, clean place, well organized, identical to what was advertised. The host is helpful and responds quickly, I certainly recommend it, and I will return more often to stay in the same place!

The hostess is wonderful, a great person to talk to, I felt at home, the apartment is very detailed, super beautiful and what I liked most was the blue decoration he brings, she thought of every detail in this space. The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location. The condominium is familiar, had all the items announced, a place near the beach of Laranjeiras, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. Would recommend.
