The atmosphere of Patrícia is done! All in good quality, well organized, smellable, spacious! When I arrived at the front of the building, I was a little apprehensive, as the properties of this street are not very beautiful, but when I came in, I was gawked at the beauty and warmth of the place. The Cleaning lady handed me the keys and our stay was very good! Thank Patricia!

Great place Location: The house is a few minutes away from the beach and the French village, and it is quiet to go and go back walking, including the evening. I recommend walking back and forth because the traffic on the beach is bad and to park it was complicated. Go and return walking was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find dishes, glasses, cups and save everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue as well. Although a room has no air conditioning, it is not warm because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage fits up to 03 small cars. Mas 02 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

The property met our expectations very well, all assembled and organized , gourmet jewel area with shower , barbecue and plenty of space , the great condominium pool too! And the condominium is very close to the surf beach! I will definitely come back and recommend it!

Good value well-equipped house i only suggest a few points: . leave at least some basic items in the house like toilet paper, trash bag in the trash cans, and hand soap in the bathrooms and detergent in the Sink . I missed bath towels too ( in my case it made no difference since I live in Maceió and was able to take them) , but for those who come from outside it is not always feasible to worry about bringing towels.

We had a great experience. The house matches the listing and Thiago was always available and responded quickly. The house is well equipped with all the necessary utensils. The condominium is safe, quiet and organized, perfect for those with children. I recommend it!

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Simply incredible stay, wordless to describe! The apartment is even better than in the pictures, really nice. The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE. If you're looking for a place to have unforgettable moments for your family, this is the right place ❤️

Well-located apartment, close to everything in the listing, but for the beaches you need to be in a car . A very kind and helpful concierge staff. We were responded to promptly by host Ruan when we need it. Everything was in order. Just a few repairs need to be done in the apartment, but nothing that changes as advertised! It was really nice !

All right. Unfortunately it was not possible to stay the entire period booked, but everything was fine with the apt.
