In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The vacation apartment is located in the attic of the Auerberghaus above Lechbruck. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only bring dogs by prior arrangement. In the 2nd floor of the house, we also rent four double bedrooms/bathroom/breakfast and use of the shared kitchen. Lechbruck is a tourist insider tip, ideal for hiking, biking, just 20 minutes from Füssen and the royal castles.

The apartment consists of a large living/dining area with sofa bed and flat-screen TV, a cozy bedroom with large wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen, hallway with wardrobe and a great bathroom where you have a view of the open sky and the mountains while showering. From the balcony you can enjoy the Alpine panorama with a glass of wine.
