In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. The small house is completly renovated in june 2016. and it is located just on a perfect position, 50 m from the pebble beach. Everything is in a walking distance, the promenade 20 m, children's playground 60 m, restaurant 60 m, center 250 m, supermarket 350 m. It is in a ground floor with fenced terrace and pets friendly. It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.
