We invite you to our refurbished spacious 2 bedroom (sleeps 4/6 + cot) barn conversion with private fenced garden set in a peaceful hamlet in the French countryside.‭ A warm welcome awaits nature lovers and families or couples looking for a peaceful French getaway. We are very fortunate to be within a few minutes of Les Lacs des Haute Charente. Lac de Lavaud has two beaches, is a swimming lake, it has a children's play area, nautical centre (hiring paddle boards, etc), bars and restaurants.

Le Refuge is a small, semi-detached country cottage which offers a tranquil and private rustic holiday away from the noise and stress of the modern world. It is a place to escape to, where you can do what you like.
