Siamo state ospiti della casa di Massimo per 4 giorni, la ns. prima volta nel Conero. Il proprietario si è sempre dimostrato disponile per ogni tipo di richiesta o informazione. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. Si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore. Condominio silenzioso e ben tenuto. Recentemente ristrutturata negli interni, è spaziosa, ariosa e molto illuminata, ben esposta. Consiglio l'airbnb di Massimo per chiunque volesse visitare il Conero oltre Porto Recanati per spostarsi agilmente con l'auto.

We had wonderful week at this place. Despite our late arrival Tonino met us and showed everything. The apartment is very well equipped with all you may need, it’s a quiet neighborhood, very nice. Thanks for our lovely days.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 settimane. La casa è veramente bella: arredata con molto gusto e dotata di ogni confort. È stata un comodo punto di partenza per qualche gita. Peccato Cesano non offra molto: chi cerca solo tranquillità sarà nel posto ideale. Tornando a casa ci mancherà molto il balcone affacciato sul mare! Andrea e sua moglie sono sempre stati molto disponibili.

We booked the apartment for a stay over new year and from the moment we booked Alessia was very easy to contact and speak to On arrival we were greeted and shown round the apartment and though out are stay Alessia and her family made sure we were ok and on leaving with our flight being late in the evening we had no problem with a later checkout all in all we had a fantastic time thank you

Posizione centrale Arredamento curato nei minimi particolari e molto pulito all’arrivo. Condominio tranquillo ma su strada molto trafficata ( gli infissi attutiscono molto ma non del tutto) Simone il cohost educato e puntuale: un vero signore. Attenzione al garage: non credo sia possibile l’accesso comodo con grandi auto o suv ed in più il posto assegnato all’ appartamento ( in fondo a destra) va usufruito al contrario ( lato guida attaccato al muro) con delle manovre, noi con una macchina piccola non abbiamo avuto problemi. Parcheggio per strada durante il mio soggiorno ( agosto) quasi impossibile da trovare. Biciclette in dotazione molto apprezzate.

ottima esperienza e Paola ottima host. La casa era pulita e lo spazio recintato con tavolo e sedia direi è molto bello per mangiare fuori o dare spazio al nostro pelo detto al seguito

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this conveniently located apartment in Ancona. Its proximity to bus lines made exploring the city and surrounding areas incredibly easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the diverse restaurants, shopping, and walking along the beautiful seaside. The apartment itself was neat, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary cooking tools. Alessandro is exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and would eagerly return on our next visit to Ancona.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die NEU sanierte Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Leider lädt der Balkon nicht zum Verweilen ein. Die Fernsehkanäle waren nicht ordentlich eingestellt, deswegen war die Nutzung nicht möglich. Zum Strand dauerte es zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Dieser ist meiner Meinung nach nicht empfehlenswert. Ich empfehle die Strände etwas außerhalb da ich diese wesentlich schöner und entspannter fand.

Stefania è un host molto empatica, ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sulla zona e ci ha accolto con un caloroso benvenuto. Sempre pronta nelle risposte e reattiva. La casa è comoda, siamo stati in sei e ci ha accomodati secondo le nostre esigenze. Molto cordiali e presenti anche i genitori, che abitano al piano superiore. Consiglio l’appartamento che si trova in un punto in cui è facile spostarsi nei vari luoghi da visitare in zona. Dalle grotte di Frasassi a Senigallia. Lo consiglio vivamente.

L'alloggio è esattamente come descritto nell' annuncio e perciò perfetto per un gruppo di amici da 6-7 persone. L'host si è mostrano estremamente disponibile a rispondere a tutti i dubbi, rispondendo ai nostri contatti in tempi molto brevi. La casa è molto accogliente e dispone di tutto ciò che è necessario per un weekend in tranquillità. Uno dei punti forti è la vista dal balcone, che permette di godersi il sole del tramonto.

El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo, tiene buena ubicación si quieres conocer Ancona y su puerto. Roberta siempre estuvo muy atenta a cualquier solicitud.

Gabriele’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 youth, ages 14 & 18). Gabriele’s dad graciously greeted us at the train station and transported our luggage to the apartment, while we rode with friends we were visiting. Everything in apartment looked brand new and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to set up. Provided excellent instructions on using the WiFi and checking out. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Gabriele provided plenty of linens and towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Tornati per la seconda volta in questo alloggio e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Noi e il nostro cane Pongo che ha apprezzato il giardinetto davanti. Zona tranquilla, tutto perfetto all’interno: dalla pulizia della cucina alla camera da letto, molto accogliente.

Appartamento molto pulito e ordinato, come in foto! Zona molto tranquilla per un soggiorno di relax circondato dalla natura. Stefano è un host sempre super reattivo e presente, check in facile e intuitivo. Assolutamente super consigliato, se tornerò nella zona sicuramente tornerò nel suo appartamento!

This home is wonderful, a home away from home! I hated to leave after my month stay, it was the most comfortable and clean stay of my 3 months traveling. The village is quiet and the people are friendly, the bar Contini had the best coffee in the area and of course great cocktails. I also enjoyed participating in community events. I highly recommend!

We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Unser Urlaub in der Villa Monti war einfach super. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag und bereit ist daher etwas Fahrzeit in Kauf zu nehmen ist dort genau richtig. Man braucht etwa eine halbe Stunde um an mehrere schöne Strände zu kommen, eine halbe Stunde nach Ancona und in einer Stunde erreicht man auch Rimini, San Marino und andere Städte. Francesca ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und modern ausgestattet. Für uns war es ein wundervoller Urlaub und wir haben die Zeit in Francescas Unterkunft sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Francesca

Soluzione comodissima, in splendida posizione. Marina e’ disponibilissima, gentile e proattiva e ci ha letteralmente coccolati, consigliandoci località e ristoranti nei quali abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Consigliatissimo!

Dejligt ophold. Værterne var meget hjælpsomme. Kom med anbefalinger af ture og svarede meget hurtigt. Boligen var ældre dato, men fint fungerende. Dejligt aircondition. Dejlig stor pool med sol senge. Flot udsigt til vandet. Og kort gåtur til strand og by. Parkeringsbåsen er meget lille.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mitten in den Marken. Meer, Berge, schöne Städtchen und Burgen, alles in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, es sind noch weitere Einheiten im Gebäude, von denen wir aber nichts mitbekommen habe. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, gute moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine. Die Betten waren recht hart aber ok. Das einzige was uns gestört hart waren die nistendem Vögel unter dem Dach - die frisch geschlüpften Küken wurden ununterbrochen mit aufgeregtem Getrappel versorgt. Aber irgendwie ja auch ganz süß und so ist es eben auf einem alten Bauerhof.

Great place, street parking was a little challenging but easy once you found it. One bedroom was closed off because they hadn't cleaned it but Andrea offered and if it had been at all important to us would have opened it up. It was not important to us so we just left it closed. All in all easy, clean, nice neighborhood.

Laura und Alessandro sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Absolut ruhig, mit tollen Ausblick. Meine Kinder haben vor allem den Pool geliebt.
