Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Ancona

We were guests at Massimo's house for 4 days, our first time in Conero. The owner has always been available for any kind of request or information. The house matches the description and photos. It's on the third floor, with no elevator. Quiet and well-kept condominium. Recently renovated inside, it is spacious, airy and very bright, well exposed. I recommend Massimo's airbnb for anyone wishing to visit Conero beyond Porto Recanati to get around easily by car.

We had wonderful week at this place. Despite our late arrival Tonino met us and showed everything. The apartment is very well equipped with all you may need, it’s a quiet neighborhood, very nice. Thanks for our lovely days.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is really nice: tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It was a convenient starting point for a few trips. Too bad Cesano doesn't offer much: those who only look for tranquility will be in the ideal place. Returning home, we will miss the balcony overlooking the sea! Andrea and his wife were always very helpful.

We booked the apartment for a stay over new year and from the moment we booked Alessia was very easy to contact and speak to On arrival we were greeted and shown round the apartment and though out are stay Alessia and her family made sure we were ok and on leaving with our flight being late in the evening we had no problem with a later checkout all in all we had a fantastic time thank you

Centrally located Thoughtful decor and very clean when you arrive. Quiet condominium but on a very busy road ( fixtures dampen a lot but not entirely) Simone is the polite and punctual cohost: a real gentleman. Attention to the garage: I don't think it is possible to have comfortable access with large cars or SUVs and in addition the place assigned to the apartment (at the bottom right) must be used on the contrary (guide side attached to the wall) with maneuvers, we had no problems with a small car. Street parking during my ( August) almost impossible to find street parking. Highly rated bikes.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this conveniently located apartment in Ancona. Its proximity to bus lines made exploring the city and surrounding areas incredibly easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the diverse restaurants, shopping, and walking along the beautiful seaside. The apartment itself was neat, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary cooking tools. Alessandro is exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and would eagerly return on our next visit to Ancona.

Very nice and courteous hostess. The NEWLY renovated apartment is very modernly furnished. Unfortunately, the balcony does not invite you to linger. The TV channels were not set properly, so it was not possible to use it. It took 10 minutes to walk to the beach. This is not recommended in my opinion. I recommend the beaches a little outside as I found them much nicer and more relaxed.

Stefania is a very empathetic host, she gave us great tips about the area and welcomed us with a warm welcome. Always responsive and responsive. The house is comfortable, there were six of us and it accommodated us according to our needs. Very friendly and also present parents, who live upstairs. I recommend the apartment that is located in a place where it is easy to get around the various places to visit in the area. From Frasassi caves to Senigallia. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of 6-7 friends. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, it has a good location if you want to know Ancona and its port. Roberta was always very responsive to any requests.

Gabriele’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 youth, ages 14 & 18). Gabriele’s dad graciously greeted us at the train station and transported our luggage to the apartment, while we rode with friends we were visiting. Everything in apartment looked brand new and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to set up. Provided excellent instructions on using the WiFi and checking out. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Gabriele provided plenty of linens and towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great place, friendly neighbours; very dog friendly, easy parking in the private garage. We would definitely recommend this place. We will hopefully visit again. Thank you.

Great place to stay, recommended

This home is wonderful, a home away from home! I hated to leave after my month stay, it was the most comfortable and clean stay of my 3 months traveling. The village is quiet and the people are friendly, the bar Contini had the best coffee in the area and of course great cocktails. I also enjoyed participating in community events. I highly recommend!

We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Our vacation at Villa Monti was just great. If you like it a little quieter and are therefore willing to take some driving time, this is the place to be. It takes about half an hour to get to several beautiful beaches, half an hour to Ancona and in an hour you can also reach Rimini, San Marino and other cities. Francesca is a super hostess. She gave us a very warm welcome, was always kind and helpful. The place is clean and modernly equipped. It was a wonderful holiday for us and we really enjoyed the time at Francesca's place. Lovely stay. The hosts were very helpful. Made recommendations for trips and responded very quickly. The place was older date, but fine working. Lovely air conditioning. Lovely large pool with sun beds. Nice view of the water. And short walk to beach and town. The parking stall is very small.

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.

Great place, street parking was a little challenging but easy once you found it. One bedroom was closed off because they hadn't cleaned it but Andrea offered and if it had been at all important to us would have opened it up. It was not important to us so we just left it closed. All in all easy, clean, nice neighborhood.

Laura and Alessandro are great hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. The apartment is just like the photos and description. Absolutely quiet, with great views. My kids especially loved the pool.
