The house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to always stay cool throughout the summer. The kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard, where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located at the front of the house, and there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a small yellow house that I own but do not live in.

By car you can visit the cities of Reggio Emila, Parma and Modena within 1 hour, and Bologna 2 hours. There is a great bar in the next village of Cerre Sologno, and a fantastic restaurant 10 minutes by car.
