Unfortunately, our stay was very eventful, and Athos advised us well and was always very responsive. The people of the village of Noce are great: special mentions for the ladies of the bar and the grocery store: Vanna, Valentina and Monica! They were so warm and friendly! Also go to the village restaurant: friendly atmosphere and excellent pizzas! In short, we found a beautiful home with a perfect host, great neighbors, a picture-perfect village atmosphere! We don't speak Italian, but we tried, and the more we try, the more we want to learn! A place we were unable to explore as planned due to circumstances, but where we would like to be able to return. I'll stop or Athos will have no more availability for the year!

We stayed here on our way to the ferry in Livorno and had a great time, especially the kids enjoyed the games at hand. Laura and her husband were really friendly, great at communicating and very flexible regarding our arrival time. Thanks again!

Extremely positive experience, we came to relax for the weekend and had a very good time at the property. We loved both the farm room and the surroundings where we did trekking. I recommend it to those who want to stay in peace and take a moment for themselves and enjoy nature.

We had a really fantastic time in Elena's house. When we arrived Elena provided us with food because all the shops were already closed. The house is really beautiful en the region is very beautiful as wel. Thank you ,Elena!

We had a lovely stay! Percy picked us up upon phone call at a central place and brought us to the house. Everything was very well maintained and Percy offered help whenever we needed it. The place is quite remote, far from tourism - just a perfect place to escape hectic life. By car more touristic places and beaches, as well as Cinque Terre was easy to reach. We can only recommend this place and the hosts!

Unfortunately, we were only passing through for one night. Beautiful, authentic, clean and quiet accommodation in beautiful nature. Carlo and his wife are very welcoming. We will be happy to come back - then longer! Thank you!

This is a beautiful property in an isolated spot with spectacular views. The owners are very friendly and responsive. Breakfast is wonderful. They also do evening meals when they have enough guests so be sure to ask. This was our third visit and we are considering a longer stay next time to check out the area. They have a lovely pool with a beautiful view.

The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food was simply perfect—each dish was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavor. The stay at Fabrizio's place was great . It is located between the hillside with a magnificent pool and mountain views. Ideal if you like to stay in the nature and take walks. Also the stay was very nice! We cannot make any comments.

A very unique place, wonderful views with max. comfort for a family vacation. Great facilities, incl. superclean and maintained pool. Surprise, we had a juicemaker in our kitchen. We were guests at Fabrizio's farmhouse for a couple of nights. Check-in was flexible. The farmhouse is isolated from other houses and surrounded by nature, factors that make it an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. Fabrizio is an extremely welcoming and kind host, his breakfasts are refined and suitable even for the most demanding palates. He provided us with many valuable gastronomic tips and the main attractions in the area. Highly recommended, we'll be back!
