CA' NOBILI is a charming old farmhouse in the green of the Emilian Apennines. All spaces have recently been renovated with care and attention. Its large infinity pool with whirlpool area will give you unforgettable sunsets. The farmhouse is rented for exclusive use. The only space shared with the owners (if any) is the pool area. Immersed in a lively and youthful area, it is characterized by refined furnishings with an elevator to the floor. Microfiltered water, photovoltaic panels and plastic-free are some of our eco-friendly choices. The environment is bright and original with a charming roof terrace. You can also enjoy free shared services, including the wellness area.

Orange Room

ORANGE room access to the ground floor with the bathroom equipped with bathtub, shower, hairdryer, sanitary pads, shampoo, bath foam and hand soap. The staircase leads to the 1st floor in the bedroom, with retractable desk, wardrobe area, minibar, Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, kettle with tea/herbal tea bags, sugar, towels and bed linen. A few glass bottles are provided to stock up on microfiltered water at the dispenser located on the ground floor.

Camera Rossa

RED room 1st floor. It can have a double bed or two single beds. It is equipped with a wardrobe, folding desk, minibar, Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, kettle with tea bags and herbal teas, sugar, towels and bed linen. The private bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, sanitary pads, shampoo, bath foam, and hand soap. A few glass bottles are provided to stock up on microfiltered water at the dispenser located on the ground floor.

Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione, oltre al loro spazio privato, una cucina e un ampio giardino dove si trovano aree attrezzate per il relax e per mangiare.
