The apartment is on the first floor of an old tower in front of the cathedral in a quiet area, and close to two clubs. During the hours outside the closing of the pedestrian area, you can arrive by car right below the house. Parking is outside the walls a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is tastefully renovated and has everything you need. Claudia welcomed us and gave us directions to restaurants, events, and things to see. Great stay.

We loved it! Nice, spacious apartment, and we were warmly welcomed by Antonella. Easy to walk everywhere, the lake is just around the corner. Definitely a place you want to come back to.

The stay in Matteo's residence was a great experience both for the central location and close to all amenities and for order, cleanliness and tranquility. The heat of the underfloor heating was also pleasant. The private parking is appreciated and easily accessible by a flight of stairs that leads to the center of Todi and from which you can easily access the property. Definitely recommend.

Fiorella is welcoming and friendly. The house has met our needs: it is very clean, in a quiet village with all the essential amenities and is in a strategic position to visit Orvieto, Lake Bolsena and Tuscia. Go, highly recommended.

We spent a weekend in Mira's apartment and it was a beautiful stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean, equipped with everything you may need (coffee, sugar and various spices too). The view of the bell tower, from which you can see the mountain, makes everything more magical especially at night, when Narni becomes almost enchanted. The ringing of the bells is what it takes to experience these places that are almost still over time. In essence, highly recommended!

Ideal Airbnb for visiting Tarquinia. Just at the entrance of the old town. Good private parking place. Well equipped Airbnb. Highly recommended!

The place is really nice and cosy with everything you need! It is just perfect! The host is amazing, really helpful, she answered always very fast and met all our requests! Honestly one of the best hosts! The place and landscape are beautiful and relaxing...we had a wonderful time! I definitely recommend Giulia 's place 100%!!

The host Geneva is available and affable, but what makes the difference is the apartment: there are, it is true, three floors to do without stairs but the view from the terrace undoubtedly pays off. Comfortable beds, clean linens and even a pair of slippers available. Pleasant promise kept, the coffee machine with the pods. I don't know if and when we will return to Viterbo, but in that case this apartment will definitely be at the top of the list of options to consider

The accommodation is delightful, very charming and comfortable, with stone walls and a mix of old and modern details. The location is great, it overlooks a quiet street, as soon as you open the door of the apartment the view of the square of the village is enchanting, within walking distance you can find a bar and a grocery store. Valerio gave us the information we needed and responded promptly. The only small flaw, the house is very cold in winter and you have to keep the air conditioner at a high temperature more or less fixed. Overall very pleasant and satisfying experience, we will definitely be back!

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Super Recommended.

the trip with my daughter in Amelia was memorable.From the village a few minutes by car there is the possibility of seeing much more of wonderful as the marble waterfalls... Fabio is super helpful and will be at your disposal to take you to the apartment, plus you won't miss anything for the bathroom, kitchen and breakfast essentials...I'm very satisfied...

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Our stay at Kerstin‘s place was really nice! She was extremely friendly, helpful and well available. We could always reach out to her for advice and felt really well taken care of. The flat was super nice, had an amazing view and everything we could have asked for. Thanks for the great stay! :-)

I confirm what has been said in previous reviews. Perfect location, downtown, and great cleanliness. As mentioned, the noise coming from the nearby street and the mattress is not really comfortable. Great host communication, breakfast presence even if it is not written, much appreciated.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Casale al Lago is a small corner of heaven, immersed in the Orvietan countryside with a breathtaking view that invites you to focus on the present moment, enjoying the beauty that surrounds it and relaxing your mind. Tiziano and Claudia who welcomed us were two really great people, friendly and kind. highly recommended extras, products such as charcuterie and Titian eggs, which allowed us to have breakfast for champions!!!

Guilia’s apartment is an absolute gem in a beautiful location. We had a comfortable stay and were able to make the most of the kitchen and the outdoor bbq, as well as enjoy the fantastic swimming pool. The location is so peaceful with gorgeous scenic views of the surrounding countryside, and there is lot’s to explore in the area including the hot springs and some brilliant location restaurants. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

The listing is photo compliant. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Daniele and Janna are welcoming, warm, and friendly hosts. They are very attentive because they offered us fruits, vegetables and eggs from their production. They are respectful of the privacy of their guests and have great tips about places to visit and restaurants. The listing corresponds to Daniele's description. It is perfect for a couple, well maintained, clean and well-equipped. Both terraces are more than enjoyable and offer a magnificent view of the surrounding nature. The location is ideal to recharge your batteries and enjoy the Lazio countryside. The property is amazing and has different relaxation points furnished with great taste. The volcanic pool is the equipment that really makes a difference. It's just AMAZING!! If you're afraid of dogs like me, you can go there with confidence. They are very well educated and adorable.
