The apartment is super tidy and clean, very comfortable. The room is very spacious and with attention to detail. Easy to park near the house. 2 minutes from the lake and 5 minutes from the historic center. There is a hairdryer, bathroom heater and air conditioning system. The hosts were very kind, welcoming and always available. The night we arrived we were locked out and came in 10 minutes to bring us the keys. They left us an olive oil from their produce and breakfast treats. Absolutely recommended!

The house is very cozy and clean, fully equipped with kitchenware, and the bed is very comfortable.Every single detail makes you feel like a host.We were warmly greeted by the host when we arrived, detailing how the room was used and provided a guide to local excursions.I highly recommended staying here!

Apartment in the historic center, tastefully furnished . Nearby parking with a nightly rate of 3 euros. Very kind and welcoming owner. Tarquinia is a great place to visit the entire Etruscan area.

The apartment was our place for seven nights and we were very satisfied with it! It sits right in the old town between small alleys. Almost right next door is a bakery with delicious baked goods, in five minutes you can walk to a supermarket. Parking is free in 10 minutes walking distance, from 8 am to 8 pm also in a parking lot less than a minute away. The apartment has everything your heart desires: it is very well equipped (dish soap, toilet paper, towels, soap, dishwasher, linens, etc.) and also very clean! By car you can get to Rome from here in just under an hour, but the surrounding area also offers great cities and nature. In summer the temperature in the apartment is certainly very pleasantly cool, at this time of year (March) a little fresh, but there is an electric heater in every room. Roberto responds quickly and is very friendly! Overall, you can definitely recommend the apartment!

The stay in Matteo's residence was a great experience both for the central location and close to all amenities and for order, cleanliness and tranquility. The heat of the underfloor heating was also pleasant. The private parking is appreciated and easily accessible by a flight of stairs that leads to the center of Todi and from which you can easily access the property. Definitely recommend.

We spent a weekend in Mira's apartment and it was a beautiful stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean, equipped with everything you may need (coffee, sugar and various spices too). The view of the bell tower, from which you can see the mountain, makes everything more magical especially at night, when Narni becomes almost enchanted. The ringing of the bells is what it takes to experience these places that are almost still over time. In essence, highly recommended!

We stayed in Giulia's house for 3 days and had a great time. Everything is as described, the place is equipped with everything you need and is comfortable. It's in a perfect location to enjoy the long lake. Giulia was very kind and very helpful. I recommend it!

The apartment was very welcoming, clean and well furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was very comfortable. In addition, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Check-in process was simple and fast, and Geneva was very helpful and kind.

The place is delicious, very evocative and comfortable, with stone walls and a mix of ancient and modern details. The location is excellent, it overlooks a quiet street, as soon as the apartment door opens, the view of the village square is enchanting, within walking distance you can find a bar and a grocery store. Valerio gave us the information we needed and responded promptly. Unique small mole, the house gets very cold in winter and you have to keep the air conditioner at a higher temperature more or less fixed. Overall very pleasant and fulfilling experience, we will definitely be back!

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Super Recommended.

the little house is in a really favorable location, it feels like you're in a fairytale uma allaround. the interior of the apartment is delicious, equipped with everything you need, even a little breakfast. super soft bed, bathroom with spacious shower and more than working stove. Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Extremely friendly owner and available for anything. The location of the house is great for walking around Todi, there are many restaurants, bars and shops of various kinds nearby. The apartment is clean and full of every comfort. Absolutely recommend.

Guilia’s apartment is an absolute gem in a beautiful location. We had a comfortable stay and were able to make the most of the kitchen and the outdoor bbq, as well as enjoy the fantastic swimming pool. The location is so peaceful with gorgeous scenic views of the surrounding countryside, and there is lot’s to explore in the area including the hot springs and some brilliant location restaurants. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

The listing is photo compliant. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Daniele and Janna are welcoming, warm, and friendly hosts. They are very attentive because they offered us fruits, vegetables and eggs from their production. They are respectful of the privacy of their guests and have great tips about places to visit and restaurants. The listing corresponds to Daniele's description. It is perfect for a couple, well maintained, clean and well-equipped. Both terraces are more than enjoyable and offer a magnificent view of the surrounding nature. The location is ideal to recharge your batteries and enjoy the Lazio countryside. The property is amazing and has different relaxation points furnished with great taste. The volcanic pool is the equipment that really makes a difference. It's just AMAZING!! If you're afraid of dogs like me, you can go there with confidence. They are very well educated and adorable. In short, "la dolce vita si trova a casa Daniele e Janna!!"

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We don't even have access to air conditioning. The swimming pool is only shared with guests in the other apartment on the farm. Anna was always very kind and " pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.
