House in an ancient medieval village in Tuscia, Viterbo, just a few minutes from Lake Vico. It is an hour from Rome and 20 minutes from Viterbo and its spas. Consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two balconies. It is located next to the castle of Giulia Farnese. Nearby, in addition to the lake with its hiking trails, there are Etruscan ruins such as the Cavo degli Zucchi, Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola and various routes of the Via Francigena.

The house is in the countryside in a quiet place in Montecchio, a small town a few km from Umbrian towns such as Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Todi. 20 km from the A1 motorway to easily reach Rome and Florence.

This room is designed for a quick one or two stopover, we can provide breakfast on request and whilst we dont have a restaurant or bar at the farm there are plenty of options in the nearby towns or in Orvieto itself.

Bright third floor, with beautiful views of Lake Bracciano. In 5 minutes you can get to the beach or the historic center, you have the choice! The village among restaurants and crafts, is overlooked by the ancient Rocca Orsini. The lakefront is full of clubs: here the summer nights are animated by good taste. In short, a delicious place to spend moments in complete relaxation. The sunset is a stunning show! Below is' La Vela ', Family Ristocafé, where you can choose to have breakfast.

Apartments with independent entrance and parking, which we call "Le casine del non tempo", for the peace they convey. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the entire valley. The apartments consist of a living room-kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and window, and a double bedroom. They are equipped with a sofa bed, so they can accommodate up to 4 people each. The houses, with some characteristic stone walls, are tastefully furnished, in the Tuscan style.
