Enjoy life near a big pool and with wonderful views as far the eye can reach. This well maintained house is located in its own olive grove. As the house is located approx. 400 m above sea level there is often a nice breeze which even during hot days makes the temperature comfortable. The house has good WIFI coverage (30 mbs).

A 3 bedrooms stone house with fireplace, 18 mt infinity pool, kids' pool and playground, surrounded by 40 hectares of private oak wood and olive orchard. Perfect place for a family holiday, friends get together or couple getaway. We have put our love and sweat to make this place like no other.

From Todi House, there are great views of Todi, a quaint medieval town in the Southern part of the Perugia province. It is an ideal basis to explore Umbria being at only 10 minutes from the E45. There is a large modern villa for up to 19 guests and a swimming pool with great views of Todi. To the opposite side of the pool, separate from the villa, is the house where the owners live. They are quickly present when necessary.
