This home is located on a major bus line which takes you right downtown; easy transfer to UW or Ballard. Ubers are plentiful. Walkscore is amazing, easy walk to many, many fabulous restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. People love this location in Seattle as it is so accessible and central, plus it has a very friendly vibe.
