Seaside escape: quiet air-conditioned house

A few steps from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.

Quiet studio

Located in the Beauregard district, 5 minutes by bike from the old port or 15 minutes on foot (also possible by bus with a stop at the end of the street), this small cocoon studio is quietly located in a cul-de-sac where you can park for free. The studio is adjacent to our house, which will not be occupied and is not accessible to guests. Amenities are close by (Carrefour Market, organic bakery, tobacco bar, etc.).
