Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

The Annexe is a deluxe space for two to share. For your comfort and relaxation, you will benefit from a covered terrace, with table and chairs, and an open terrace with a bistro set. A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. Anastasia and Simon welcome you to Sarlat-la-Canéda, capital of Périgord Noir. Come and spend a stay in our beautiful "La Truffière" cottage with stunning views of the valley and our truffle field! Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.

The old bread oven located in the middle of the vineyard has recently been renovated. Everything has been thought out for a pleasant time. If you are visiting our pretty area you will find all the comforts you need. Plus the SPA (May-September) for a relaxing moment after your day of sightseeing in our area You can can canoe, taste good wines, visit castles, go to the padirac abyss or just take beautiful walks in the vineyard.
